Great restaurant in the center of Cancun hotel zone. We went there in the middle of a storm and staff could not do enough to help us, they were very accommodating. The food was really good, we tried soups, spring rolls, burger and tuna. Can’t fault it. Really good and staff very helpful and nice. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience here! It was a nice, relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Rafael was a great server- he had a happy demeanor, was very patient and accommodating. Lenny was also really nice, smiley and helpful the entire time. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Mexico!

We had Carlos as our waiter. He was truly the most amazing person and was very quick to ask if we needed anything. He brought our food in a timely manner and in order from appetizers to dessert. The food was absolutely fabulous! Anyone in Cancun, I truly recommend this place!! Carlos is the man! 10/10 food abs service.
We had a great time at Ember. Our waiter Pedro was fantastic! He gave us his honest opinion about everything on the menu and he was super friendly and patient. Drinks (wine and pink and yellow blended drink) were amazing; appetizers and mains were great, and the desserts A. Will definitely come again. #GoPedro!
Delicious food with beautiful decor and a great ambiance. Only downside was the food took FOREVER to arrive. It feels like the boss isn’t around, which is a shame because this place has so much potential to be even better!
This dinner was actually fantastic and great overall. Coming from NY kosher steak houses, I have a high bar for quality especially when paying for it. Ordered some sides like the tacos (fish and beef), tuna crispy rice, and entrecôte & braised ribs as mains. The sides were all top quality and the ribs were insanely good. Steak was very good (8/10) but was also mostly bone but fair. Ambiance of the place is top tier and we got there right before closing and they were nice enough to let us dine. Will definitely come back whenever in Cancun!
